I offer private, 1:1 sessions for clearing limiting beliefs.

This method is a finite, objective, permanent method for removing these blocks once and for all.

Finite means that it has a clear beginning and end. Every trauma you experience in life spirals out from one of these core blocks. When you heal them, you remove your internal limitations. For good.

Objective means that the treatment works for everyone. This methodology is ancient, meaning that it has been tested for millennia. It works if you work it.

Permanent means that you won’t have to come running back for help when things get hard again. You leave each session equipped with the tools to navigate difficult emotional seasons for the rest of your life.

On top of all that, this work is self-evident, meaning that when you do the work, you will experience the results. Practically, tangibly, and increasingly as time goes on.

how it works/what to expect

Each session takes place via zoom.

Each session is 90 minutes.

In a session, we will focus on clearing (breaking down, composting) one particular block/limiting belief.

Multiple blocks require multiple sessions.

There is a bundle option if you want to work all 7.

In the session, you will be guided into a meditative state in order to locate and heal your limiting belief at it’s origin.

This method dispels the repetitive thought loops that have aggregated around the belief, so that it no longer holds any special weight in your subconscious mind

Each session frees your mind from running in circles around the specific block we work, allowing you to start moving forward.

These sessions will not be the last time you encounter these limiting beliefs.

They will come up again. This is normal.

You will leave each session with the tools to shut down the limiting belief when it comes up again.

Each time the limiting belief comes up again, it will be weakened.

Eventually, it won’t come up at all.
